Parken Bistro & Bar is based on Nordic flavours and ingredients. This, along with our craft beer, makes up our unique, overarching theme.
We have three food concepts:
• “Dish of the day” – Home-cooked food, which varies from day to day.
• Light meals and pub dishes in the brew pub.
• À la carte menu in the restaurant.
We focus on locally produced food, with beer tasting and associated light meals as part of the food experience. All food is made from scratch by our talented chefs.
With a craft brewery in our brew pub, it should come as no surprise that Parken Bistro & Bar has the largest selection of draught beer in Trysil.
We have a tour of the brewery which includes information about the brewery’s story, beer brewing, and beer knowledge (must be booked in advance).
